The Ford Quality Fleet Care (QFC) program is a comprehensive parts and service billing option for fleet customers with Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles.
The QFC centralized billing program provides consolidated monthly billing and enables a fleet customer to make a single payment for maintenance and repair services performed on enrolled vehicles at Harris Ford or any Ford or Lincoln Dealer in the United States and Canada.

To become a Ford Fleet Account Harris Ford Fleet can help you register for a Fleet Identification Number (FIN Code).
- To become a Commercial Fleet you must have purchased, registered or leased 5 or more NEW vehicles (any make or model) in the company name during the current model year or within the last 12 months. OR currently operate a fleet of 15 or more vehicles, any make or model, (owned or leased) in the company name.
- To register as a Government Fleet, you must have purchased, registered or leased 1 new vehicle (any make or model) in the agency name during the current model year or within the last 12 months. OR currently operate a fleet of 3 or more vehicles (owned or leased) in the agency name.
